This is the sorry state of my allotment this year taken a few weeks ago - nothing but the potatoes seem to be growing well.

I keep being surprised by the number 'V's I haven't thought of. Possibly because I've been thinking ahead to 'X'.
Looks a bit dry in your shots - is that the problem?
Your poor allotment does seem a bit sparse at the moment. Maybe the veggies will have a sudden growth-spurt soon. I hope so - nothing can beat veggies fresh from your garden!
You joined this crop swap thing all the "growers" around here are promoting?
I like to swap those pink weed things I leave as they look attractive for some strawberries. :-)
Daughter's is flourishing - but then she is giving it a first-time-allotmenteer's doting care and attention!!
