N is for Ngorongoro Crater
And still the safari photos keep coming ....
This time no animals although I know they are down there somewhere!
The crater is a a natural park formed from the volcano and covers almost 8500 square kilometres. I have cheated and added an extra photo from the web to show it from the air

Lovely shots! Thanks for the information about that N volcano that I can't pronounce! Hahahaha! http://abcwednesdayround3.blogspot.com/
Interesting and wonderful images,
It's certainly fascinating to see a crater, and especially from the air. I've seen a craterlake in Queensland, Australia. It must have been a major eruption at about 10,000 years ago.
Thta's big and impressive. Love the Masai too. When I went to Kenya and we visited a locl village they made me dance with them! I was only a student at the time and very very shy! I hated it. Now i would love it.
I am certainly getting a NICE education on ABC Wednesday.
I have NEVER heard about the NGORONORO Crater before today.
Thanks for sharing your photos and information withus.
Bear((( )))
Someday I'm going to make it there. Perfect choice for the letter N.
