The latest silly personality test doing the rounds is whether you are more like a dog than a cat.
BUT it is fun and I must admit is pretty truthful about my character!

You and cats have a lot in common.
You're both smart and in charge - with a good amount of attitude.

Hi Liz, glad to have you on board also. Spinning is a CV class at the gym where you pedal on stationary bikes that have a flywheel which you increase or decrease friction on with a pressure control to make it harder or easier. The class is conducted to loud music that has a beat to keep time with (fast and slow tracks). It's one hell of a buzz.
